What if I don't like the website?

This is your site, so we make sure to work with you every step of the way to make sure you love it. If you don't, we will change it.

How are payments broken up?

The price of your website is broken up into three payments of 35%, 35%, and 30% over the course of the development phase. What will my site cost?

What do I need to do?

We want this process to be as smooth as possible, so to make that happen, make sure you stay in touch with us and make it clear what you want. We've got the rest.

How can I contact you?

Whatever way is best for you. We do phone calls, texts, emails, and meeting in person. We don't bite. :) Get in touch here!

Monthly Maintenance
What do I do when something goes wrong with the website?

If you subscribed to our monthly maintenance, all you have to do is let us know! We've got it from there.

What counts as a free edit?

It depends on how long and how complicated it is for us. For example, a banner advertising a sale, or celebrating a holiday counts as a free edit.

How long does an edit or fix take?

We always aim to respond as quickly as possible, no matter how big or small. Officially, our target is to finish an edit within 1-3 business days, and a fix as soon as possible.

When are payments due?

Payment is due every month between the 1st and the 7th.
